Overcome your Fears and Focus on your Goals

Fears are the reason why we aren't able to conquer our goals and many other desirables ."What will society say", "Will I be accepted if I do this particular work", "What if I'm not able to succeed" and many more thoughts cross our mind before we actually step to achieve our goals.
It happens with everyone for once in their life when they actually have to face the trauma of self-growth. I have this kind of emotion every time I try to vanquish my desires.
We shouldn't focus on the existing fears and let's imagine the possibilities and set our goal that will have a greater impact on our development. 

There are ways that I follow whenever I negative thoughts if  I will be able to attain or not.
  1. I write down the pros and cons. Make the list of things that I need to achieve timely so I don't miss out any vital thing
  2. I make sure to present myself a bit different than last year and measure the dynamics
  3. Try to analyze methods to negotiate with me and my thoughts
  4. I engage in defense pessimism. As we fear new changes in our lifestyle so I try to do something I would have never thought I would carry out
  5. One thing we fear is we would fail. Then let us analyze the circumstances if we fail and what will we do in that situation if that occurs. So I try to prepare myself for the failure to put my 100 percent to see my success. Accept that you will fail because the pain of failure has a different level impact on your success
  6. Adopt a mindset for growth and prosperity
  7. Try to surround yourself with people who have the same fear as you and are trying to overcome with success. Because they will push you they will support you 
How we respond to fears is what sets us apart from the crowd. We need to fight the fear by ourself unleashing the inner power within to overcome fear.
