Life is a Puzzle

How uncertain our lives could be in the current moment. Life truly is a mystery and as random as it seems.
The demise of young individuals has inclined in the imminent years. People seem to have lost the hope of living and don't understand the beauty of it. For the record, suicide is the second leading cause of death. The prime reason for the increasing rate of suicides is "Mental Health Crisis" which I have talked about in my earlier blogs.
We avoid talking about it but we don't understand its as crucial as breathing. Young mankind is suffering from depression and many other health factors. They may be physically healthy but psychologically/ psychiatrically weak.
The context to bring in knowledge about the matter and talk about it came with the saddening news of the death of the most passionate actor of our generation Sushant Singh Rajput who said to be was battling with depression for 6 months. It is aching to come across such news in the middle of nowhere. The impact is not just on the family of the lost ones but also the whole nation who came across the news. He once said, " Zindagi me agar kuch sabse zyada zaroori hai toh vo khud humari zindagi hai". Life is actually unreal and uncertain
Truly reminiscing about how aesthetical his movies portrayed and the audience was smitten by his work.
It is not just him, there are other suicide cases this year which included her ex-manager who had committed suicide a week back. Then another actress, Preksha Mehta news got viral after she committed suicide at her Indore residence.

"Can't bring back the artist but can make sure not to let the art die".
Mental health has been an interdiction for many years. An untold story in a person's life has many stories to share with the crowd. They may seem fine, but it may be the opposite.
Depression isn't quite its loud. it is loud for you to listen. The person suffering victimizes his own life and lose the hope in the living and is dead within.
Wake up for the heartening news and let's start to talk to our loved and trustworthy ones, share with them our issues. Our parents still have an orthodox mentality and may not be in a position to understand the consequence but we have to make them understand the repercussion of the same. Drugs, alcohol, and smoking has been a culprit for the disruptive addiction on young minds. We need to spread knowledge towards the same and their cons to health.
We are all equally responsible for the death of any individual who dies due to a mental health crisis because we were as a citizen, friends, an advisor, a helper, were not with them to understand what suffering were they actually trying to process.

We can have a question like why didn't Sushant, Preksha, or any other individual didn't share about their mental health? or did they actually talk to someone? they might have seen a therapist but did we as people listen and try to help?
They talk, tell, feel, and die within but we didn't bother to listen. They are the victim of their lives because of our irresponsibility and apathetic behavior.
This kind of news bruises our soul deeply. Sometimes there are no words left to describe the emotions we can just experience and grieve towards the emotions.

I hope people learn the actual meaning of life and love. Let's pledge to love our loved ones more on their hard days and be the most supportive responsible human they can be dependant upon. Let us spread love and consciousness towards our people and learn their language of fondness.
Love you all!
