Overthinking is Injurious to Health

In my past writes I have directed my focus on mental health and how they affect our lives. And one such another mental health-related concern is Overthinking.
Overthinking: the art of creating a problem that wasn't even there just created within us by us.

Half of our population about the age group of 18 above overthink regarding various issues and this leads to many diseases such as depression, borderline personality disorder, hypertension, and anxiety.
Sometimes overthinking is not so substandard when the thoughts that will have a positive impact but generally they're referred to negative rehashing the past, dwelling the bad experiences and worrying about the future.

Thoughts are never a complication, the brain functions and have the ability to work because of the thoughts been activated and simultaneously our brain functions. We, humans, have a tendency to think that our problems and sufferings are huge, no one else might have faced this in their lives and make a huge fuss out of it but don't realise everyone has gone through some of the other grievances and have tackled it with positivity and patience. We create a huge impact on these problems in our everyday life which is worrisome.
We are stuck in our lives with millions of thoughts and that is a problem, not the problem we actually have. We are in search of the solution to coherent these thoughts. So let us question ourselves are we stuck with the problems or with the thought of the problem occurred and point it down to make them clear.  What generally happens we think we are stuck in problems which we should be aware that problems are for a lifetime, but the moment we realise we are not stuck with the problem of having redundant thoughts, we are stuck at the thought of how are we going to resolve our life problems and that my friend is a problem.  We cannot solve problems because it is never-ending, but what we can change is the thinking for the problem and analysing the cure for it.

We all have to get out of this thought process which creates destructive effects on our mental and physical health. So it is necessary that we shouldn't over analyse rather should think correctly which doesn't mean always be positive but have a scientific logic behind those thoughts because you cannot change a logic since it is been proved but beliefs and superstitious words are orthodox parental beliefs which are not necessarily true because they have created it on their own without the actual knowledge to it and our perspective towards should have a clear picture towards our rationale

So the scientific logical thinking can never go wrong. First, observe then act upon it. This way your thought process applies in all the aspects of our life such as business, relationships, jobs, health and many other. We have to analyse the circumstance of our thought and live in the present. Let us not get tangled in the thoughts of beliefs and believe them. Observes the consequences, learn the nature of faults and act upon them.

Everything or anything happening with us has a great dependence upon our nurturing in childhood and the optimism that has captured in our minds so we tend to act according to the mindset that was framed during early days. We cannot grow with greed, growth requires a holistic and broad mindset and overthinking will just dive down the progress.
We need to free ourselves from the prison of our false thoughts.
