Frustrated Souls with Non Patient Minds

Well after a very long time I'm back with writing which was missed so much and there seems so much to talk to you all and share. So much has happened with us in this 2020, hoping for a happy ending and new beginning for 2021.

Changes are hard to accept in the beginning and we find it hard to not cope up with it because we are frustrated souls with non-patient minds. frustration is one most emotional label sometime people take a hard to express. We need love, mental and body satisfaction, peace and happiness. We are searching for joy in other souls which indeed is impractical.

We intentionally or unintentionally hurt the people we love because our brain sends signals which hints our action and maim the people we love.

Well, there is a dialogue which I came across my social media page: we don't hurt the people we don't love. we always hurt the people who we love because you cannot hurt the person you don't love, and this seems so true owing to the fact that we expect the person we love will understand our senseless behaviour but indeed it is not the same always because we all have our level of expectation and they are never fulfilled because we expect it from others and as it's said expectation is meant to hurt your feelings

We are always in a search Mr/ Mrs perfect happiness giver. When we are annoyed our actions are our biggest enemy and that is what has to be controlled. Our state of mind seems to be blocked with thoughts and minds is distorted where it blabbers all kind of non said things which it should have never spoken off because the consequence towards it leads to havoc.

A classic partner to frustration is anger which later leads to sadness and guilt/ shame. This is a common sensitivity faced by mostly all humankind.

So let us be good to all the loved ones we care about and take care of our heart to protect it from the being devasted and also practice some mindfulness to dominate our mind
