Life's amazing secret: How to find balance and purpose in life written by a widely followed and most loved monk Gaur Gopal Das. This book will take you to the journey of life's needs and towards the outcomes of it. It's a book written in a facile language inspiring with the words of wisdom for any human to understand and attain knowledge.

Stop Going through life, Start growing in life.

Sir's debut book is thought-provoking and will help you align your life the way you want it. I came to know about Gaur Gopal Das through his youtube videos which my parents used to suggest me to watch, indeed I watched and was very fascinated by his thoughts and way of expressing the beliefs which made me purchase his debut book and I'm really glad I purchased and satisfied with the insights it provides connecting with real-life examples. This book thought me to discipline my mind so as to attain happiness.

Gaur Gopal Das has narrated this book in an extended traffic jam on the busy roads of Mumbai his journey to the ashram with his companion Mr Iyer. He used a quote by Oliver Goldsmith which I felt very connected through:" Life is a journey that must be travelled no matter how bad the roads and accommodations".

The author aid the readers with four principles for the foundation of a happy life which he states as 'wheels". So these four wheels are Personal Life, Relationships, Work-Life and Social Contribution. The wheels are certainly that which compartmentalize our life basically. He says negative consumes are mind in a very strong manner which doesn't let the positive thought slide in and bestow happiness and see the beauty of the fact. Everything or anything happening with us has a reason or learning to it and we need a little patience, spiritual guidance and tender nature to seek the learning.

The chapters start with beautiful quotes by legendary peoples and end with a summary. To prosper the learning and balance life Sir has mentioned worksheets on Forgiveness and Ikigai. Also, the author has smoothly covered the aspects of how we could deal with jealousy, hatred, possession, being honest and seeking blessing in life. An easy read sometimes felt predictable but Sir's unique way of explaining is vivid. Whenever you feel low or feel like losing balance over the life this book is a guide and support
