Image
Saturday 26,2020 This pandemic had really got all of us stuck at home but still people where travelling but that didn't apply for my family as they weren't allowing for a trip or anything so we friends decided to go to one day picnic in Ahmedabad itself which indeed turned out to be a half-day picnic but a worthy on. So it was planned with my ex-office colleagues the Ahmedabad University where are used to work before. So it was Me, Riddhi and Keita we three decided to travel with our two-wheelers in this bone-chilling winter morning to Thol Bird Sanctuary which is around 25 km and take 45 mins to reach and well it was worth getting up at 5am in the morning to watch the most beautiful winter sunrise. While were on the way to Thol there were a herd of camels in the farm and the sight was just splendid to my eyes. Thol is an artificial lake in Mehasan District surrounded with different species of birds, cranes etc and people take a brief walk above the lake on the semi constructed...

Overloving your love to your Beloved

Love has always been an important part of everyone's life. Well people say it hards to find and keep but what if you find the one and know how to keep. Doesn't that sounds perfectly perfect. There is always a but to it when in a couple there is one such person who loves, cares, gives his/ her best in the relationship than another one. The chances of them getting hurt are most of the time  vast.  Sometimes I believe there is nothing known or termed as too much love but then I feel there may be such things which we feel and express. We term Love like the Love of my life and want them for the rest of our life but this act can be selfish.  Women / Man who love too much is not considering the other person’s feelings and desires. You may feel like you’re showing love, but if you’re being motivated by your own insecurity about the relationship or your own fears about losing this person, then you’re probably more in the smothering camp. Love gives, it prioritizes according to the...

Image
In my past writes I have directed my focus on mental health and how they affect our lives. And one such another mental health-related concern is Overthinking.  Overthinking: the art of creating a problem that wasn't even there just created within us by us.                         Half of our population about the age group of 18 above overthink regarding various issues and this leads to many diseases such as depression, borderline personality disorder, hypertension, and anxiety.  Sometimes overthinking is not so substandard when the thoughts that will have a positive impact but generally they're referred to negative rehashing the past, dwelling the bad experiences and worrying about the future. Thoughts are never a complication, the brain functions and have the ability to work because of the thoughts been activated and simultaneously our brain functions. Image
A Hotstar original series Aarya starring Sushmita Sen is a such a masterpiece in the world of series.  Sushmita Sen, as Aarya, slides into the series with upside-down gymnastics rings. A perfect instance set by her portraying how women slump into the daily morning routine build themselves strong and run the world fiercely and powerfully.  The story builds where Aarya husband Tej, his best friend Jawahar and Aarya's brother runs an illegal business of medicine where they consign opium to the different parts of the world. They  had stolen heroin from a local drug lord Shekhawat. And he, in turn, was handling a 300-crore assignment for the Russian drug mafia that was supposed to infiltrate the dark alleys of the state of Rajasthan. Frustrated Souls with Non Patient Minds

Well after a very long time I'm back with writing which was missed so much and there seems so much to talk to you all and share. So much has happened with us in this 2020, hoping for a happy ending and new beginning for 2021.  Changes are hard to accept in the beginning and we find it hard to not cope up with it because we are frustrated souls with non-patient minds. frustration is one most emotional label sometime people take a hard to express. We need love, mental and body satisfaction, peace and happiness. We are searching for joy in other souls which indeed is impractical. We intentionally or unintentionally hurt the people we love because our brain sends signals which hints our action and maim the people we love. Well, there is a dialogue which I came across my social media page: we don't hurt the people we don't love. we always hurt the people who we love because you cannot hurt the person you don't love, and this seems so true owing to the fact that we expect the...
