Ways to Fight Depression, Anxiety and Loneliness
Not many have the courage to talk about depression and anxiety. It's because people have a fear of being judged and cornered. This is the most occurred illness in females as compared to males. And this requires self-motivation and belief in yourself to conquer your inner self. People have to identify the illness
If you don't feel like consulting any doctor, Here are some ways you can try it at home to cure yourself.

These are some ways which I have personally tried and recommend people to fight the illness:
- Play your favorite sport (badminton, football, basketball, swimming, etc)
- Read before bed
- Communicate and share your thoughts with people you trust
- If you want to wallow, wallow your heart out but don't do it constructively
- Write a journal, if you don't feel like sharing with anyone
- Set your goals. Track them and measure your results
- Reward yourself. Keep yourself happy
- Spend time with your loved ones. Appreciate and gratitude them
- Spent time in Nature
- Try something new and interesting to keep your mind involved
- Keep Smiling. Have that happy to go face
- Excercise especially yoga helps a lot and also a walk. Eat nutritious food. Food plays a vital role in maintaining your emotions. Stay away from alcohol
- Volunteer in any work. It has a great impact on reducing hypertension
- Get proper sleep. Every human body differs sleep pattern, so just measure how much hours of sleep your body demands
- Listen to music
