Mental Health is Wealth
'Do you ever feel the mixed emotions which are demented enough for our mental health, and we don't know these emotions and "us" just kind of wonder about these mixed emotions'.?/
Just a few days back I was in a meeting with my colleagues and us just randomly were discussing how the mental health effects the daily lives of students, professionals, employees, etc and all of them who face these kinds of problems tend to just avoid them. I wonder why do you have to ignore such a prime thing which is the most essential need for a happy life.?/
People nowadays don't understand the value of life and its importance, maybe there are few who do and know the importance but what about the rest of the population.
There is a theory known as CIRCADIAN CYCLE also known as Body Clock which means every living human being has to complete a 24hrs of the cycle which is Day and Night and which actually means that getting up in the morning, doing all the required chores and work, studying, office, etc and in the night time to relax and sleep. So this helps the human body to function in a higher quality of living up to a good and healthy life.
But very fewer humans(Age18-25) follow this and these age groups (as mentioned) are the ones who are facing the issue of these insane not discovered emotions.
Some people find it difficult to identify these emotions which are making them anxious, depressed, sad, moody, angry, etc. because these are the emotions that people don't want to accept.
As nature is serving us with its wonders and beauty so we cannot go against nature. We cannot sleep in the morning and get up at night. There are many individuals who have this natural habit of reversing the cycle.
If we aren't ethical to the mother nature we can't expect it to be the best for us
And as we might have noticed that in the late 19 century there used to be a time when people used to get married at the age of 18 or maybe before that and they used to have kids at the age of 20 or 21. And if we compare this with our current era of 21 century we can notice that people are getting married at the age of 26 and having infants at the age of 30 or less.
We are totally against mother nature because nowadays we are more devoted to profession and vocation and are focused on the development and growth of oneself.
The emotions which we love to be felt most of the time are for love, pleasure, fulfillment, excitement, commitment, etc and we as individuals we try to stop or control or limit these emotions within us because we tend to feel we are non-devoted and concerned towards our goals, and because of this, we feel agitated, anxious, moody, etc. There is a certain point in life where the body requires mating, compassion, a partner with whom he/she can share, and have a commitment and understanding of togetherness because the human body is being designed, functioned, and conditioned according to how nature has already designed it centuries ago.
People aren't aware of how badly we are deteriorating our lives without being aware of how much it is going to affect them and their coming future.
There are ways to keep our minds satisfied and have a healthy balance in our lives which helps us understand these emotions and face them.
- Getting up early is the prior necessity
- Meditation
- Yoga/ Workout/ Walking
- Healthy Food
- Reading positive and skill development books
- Record or track your sleep
- Lesser the use of technology mostly in the evening before going to bed.
- Fresh morning bath with essential oils would soothe and calm your mind and body (Not Mandatory)
